'Spin' campaign breaks records

A record breaking yo yoing attempt and ‘Spin’ campaign which supported a programme of initiatives for Ipswich’s Business Improvement District has won the best creative campaign category in the regional Creative East Awards. Marketing design agency White Space Design came up with the idea to draw residents, visitors and businesses together in the town centre and help raise Ipswich’s profile.

Ipswich Central’s executive director Paul Clement said: “There is no doubt that the campaign put Ipswich on the map both regionally and nationally.”  It was the only winning entry from Suffolk and was placed against the campaign for Cambridge University’s 800th anniversary.
