Tourism, hospitality and leisure businesses are being urged to take part in Larking Gowen’s 12th annual tourism and leisure business survey, which launched this week. All businesses in the sector including restaurants, hotels, tourist attractions as well as retailers in tourism hotspots are being encouraged to take part in the survey which is supported by Visit East Anglia, Visit Norfolk and Visit Suffolk. The sector is the largest in East Anglia, worth an estimated £10 billion to the region’s economy.

Participants in the anonymous survey can gauge their achievements and receive a tailored report which analyses their yearly performance and provides a benchmarking planning tool. The Larking Gowen summer snapshot survey showed most businesses had performed better over the summer of 2017 than during the same period in 2016.
